AneuCyte® FAST FISH and AneuCyte® Prenatal Kits :
Prenatal Fluorescence in Situ Hybridisation (FISH) assay for the
rapid and accurate detection of the most common foetal chromosome
disorders.
The kits contain fluorescent probes for easy
identification of trisomy 21, 18 and 13 present in Down, Edward and
Patau syndromes as well as sex chromosome aneuploidies (Klinefelter and Turner syndromes).
The probe mixtures are designed for FISH on uncultured amniotic fluid samples.
